Here’s your weekly update on team standings for LA sports that are going on this week, 10/6-10/13. We back and so is NBA and NHL! First off-
⚫️The MLS Regular Season is almost over. Just 2 games left for LAFC and they currently are 2nd best in the West. If they win their next 2 games and Galaxy loses, they can clinch 1st!
⚪️LA Galaxy just need to tie or win to clinch 1st in the West!
🔵MLB Postseason is here! The Dodgers are taking on the San Diego Padres in a best-of-5 NL Division series. So far, it’s anyones game as the series is tied 1-1. Dodgers will now head to San Diego for the next 2 games and they need to win at least 1 or their season is over.
🔴The Angels season is done, final record: 63-99.
⚫️Angel City FC have fallen to 11th since my last standings update. Only 3 games left in the NWSL regular season and they’re 6 points out from making the playoffs. Their chances are not good but anything can happen.
🔵Rams have gone 0-2 since my last standings update. Only 1 win in 5 games. Not good but they got a lot of injuries that are part of it. They need to hit a win streak fast.
🟡Chargers got off to a great start but now lost their last 2. They had a BYE week this week.
⚫️⚪️NHL Preseason has just completed and the NHL season starts this week!
