Here’s your weekly update on team standings for LA sports that are going on this week, 9/22-9/29. First standings update in about a month! First off-
🔵The Dodgers have gone 15-10 since my last standings update last month (8/26). Not the best or worst but they only have a 3 game lead in the NL West over Padres. Big series in San Diego coming up next. 6 games left in the season!
🔴The Angels have gone 9-16 since my last standings update. They’ve got the 4th worst record in MLB. Things need to change big time this off-season.
⚫️LAFC have gone 0-3-2 in the MLS since my last update. Not good and they’ve fallen to 4th in the West. Just 5 MLS games left in the season for them they need to step it up. They also got a huge US Open Cup Final coming up.
⚪️LA Galaxy have gone 2-2-0 since my last update. Not bad, they remain in 1st in the Western conference with a 5 point lead. 3 games left for them let’s see if they can hold down 1st!
⚫️Angel City FC have gone 1-2-0 since my last update. They’ve fallen to 10th. 6 games left for them let’s see if they can clinch a playoff spot.
🟣LA Sparks went 2-8 since my last standings update and their season ended last week. They finished the season with the worst record in WNBA.
🔵Rams NFL season has started and they’re 3 games in. Not the best start. They got a lot of injuries that is part of the reason but they picked up a huge win against the 49ers their last game.
🟡Chargers got off to a great start this season but lost their last game.
