Here’s your weekly update on team standings for LA sports that are going on this week, 3/3-3/10. First off-
🟣Lakers have gone 2-1 since my last standings update last week but have fallen to 10th place. Not good. It’s extremely competitive in the West and the Lakers need to hit a win streak now or they’ll be in the play-in tournament or worse, miss the playoffs.
🔵The Clippers are also 2-1 since my last standings update and remain in 4th place. First place is still a possibility as they’re only 2.5 games back. Bad news though is the Russell Westbrook went down and may miss time.
⚪️LA Kings have gone 2-1-0 since my last standings update. Things are a bit better for the Kings and they picked up a huge win against the first place Canucks. But they need to step it up as they’re currently in the Wildcard.
⚫️Anaheim Ducks are 2-1-0 since my last update. Playoff run incoming?
⚫️LAFC got destroyed their last game. To be fair they played in a blizzard which they’re not used to. Can’t really judge them as a bad team just yet.
⚪️LA Galaxy won against San Jose! They’re currently tied for 1st place but way too early to judge them yet but they’re looking good.
🔵Dodgers are absolutely killing it in Spring Training and they’re winning with their farm which is a great sign. Lot of guys looking good. They have the 2nd best record currently.
🔴Angels are also looking good. They’re on a 4-game win streak and won 6 of last 7. Do they finally have a good team?
