The Rams announced they tendered Michael Hoecht - the right of first refusal tender, per Jourdan Rodrigue.
This became a developing situation into the week, as initially they didn’t expect to do so. Hoecht could give them good depth in a OLB/DL rotation and is a core special teamer - leaving.
Hoecht logged 6 sacks, 81 tackles, a forced fumble, 7 tackles for loss and 11 quarterback hits.
