Los Angeles Sports Team Standings Week, 4/1-4/8


Here’s your weekly update on team standings for LA sports that are going on this week, 4/1-4/8. Hello Baseball and hello April! First off-


🟣Lakers have gone 3-1 since my last standings update and remain in 9th. They have won 6 of their last 7. Just 7 games left for Lakers and they’re 3.5 games back from 6th place. They likely won’t get out of the play-in tournament but let’s see.


🔵The Clippers are 3-1 since my last standings update and remain in 4th place. Things are looking better for the Clippers as they won 3 in a row. Just 8 games left for the Clippers. Best case they’ll likely finish 4th and play the Mavs. Worst case, they play the Pelicans 1st round and/or fall out of 4th.


⚪️LA Kings have gone 1-2-0 since my last standings update. They have fallen into the Wildcard and lost their last 2. Not what they want. 9 games left they really need to step it up.


⚫️Anaheim Ducks are 0-4-0 since my last update. The tank is officially on. They currently have the 3rd worst record in the league and can soon have the 2nd worst.


⚫️LAFC lost last game. They have fallen to 9th. Still early in the season but this team is not looking good.


⚪️LA Galaxy won last game and jump to first in the MLS! Still undefeated! But a lot of games to go.


🔵The MLB regular season is officially underway! Dodgers won their series against the Cardinals, 3 out of 4. Super early in the season but they’re off to a solid start.


🔴Angels lost their first series of the year to the Orioles. They got blown out their first 2 games but won their last game. Still early in the season, but so far they’re not looking like a playoff team.
