José Soriano is going on the IL with right arm fatigue. José Cisnero activated from the IL. Unknown yet how long Soriano will miss.
Soriano has been one of the top starting pitchers for the Angels this year, 6-7, 3.42 ERA, 97 K in 22 games.
Cisnero is back for the first time since April 27. Was out with shoulder inflammation.
