The #Chargers are releasing WR Mike Williams, making him a free agent. Williams, on the books for a $32M cap hit, becomes a top FA WR available, per Ian Rapoport.
The move will save the Chargers $20 million against their cap and Williams will become a free agent. They need to clear about $7 million to bring on the contracts of Gus Edwards, Alohi Gilman, and Will Dissly.
