Angels sweep the Cardinals and win their 4th in a row. Wow, the Cardinals are so bad considering the players they have. Todays win wasn’t too impressive though as they allowed 7 runs. The pitching is something they need to work on still. Nonetheless, 4 wins in a row is nice. Brett Philips got his first hit as Angel. Ward, Thaiss, and Rengifo each had 3 hits. Offense was very nice and even though they played a struggling team, it’s a nice confidence booster for the next series. The real test to Angels success will be how they do the next 2 series against the Rangers and Astros.
